Where do you ship to?

Worldwide, as long as its reachable by courier, we will get your purchase to you.

Is shipping free?

We have a flat rate of $15.00 per order for any shipping worldwide.

What is your return policy?

Exchanging or returning is very easy with us, we love for your beloved pet to try it on in the comfort of their own home and let us know straightaway if they would like a different size or a refund.

You have 30 days from the day your placed your order to:
(1) email us the item you would like to return
(2) print out your return label
(3) take the item to your nearest drop off point, and
(4) send your package back to us and wait for the refund.

Items must be returned to us unused with all ORIGINAL tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you and rejected as valid refund.
