TAXES AND DUTIES

Short answer is no, we take care of all the taxes and duties.

They are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the order summary page.

We normally ship to your destination on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

Prices are determined by each brand and partner boutique, and we try to find the best available price for you and your pet babies.

Yes! We have a 30 days return policy for many of our offers. Please refer to Delivery and Returns for more detail, if you still have questions, simply email us and we'll be sure to help you out.

Orders

We apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced with your damaged order. Take clear pictures of the damaged item(s) exactly as you received them. Ensure that the damage is visible in the photos. Email us at hello@mylazypie.com and we'll be sure to help you out.

If you need to change your address after placing an order, please email us. Keep in mind that we're not able to change the address on an order if it's already been shipped out. If you need to reroute your package, please email us at hello@lazypie.com and we'll be sure to help you out.

Our standard procedure involves preparing your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Once your order is prepared and ready for delivery, we will promptly send you an email notification, ensuring you are informed about when to expect your delivery.

Delivery and Returns

Worldwide, as long as its reachable by courier, we will get your purchase to you.

We have a flat rate of $15.00 per order for any shipping worldwide.

Exchanging or returning is very easy with us, we love for your beloved pet to try it on in the comfort of their own home and let us know straightaway if they would like a different size or a refund.‍

You have 30 days from the day your placed your order to:

(1) email us the item you would like to return.

(2) print out your return label.

(3) take the item to your nearest drop off point, and

(4) send your package back to us and wait for the refund.

Items must be returned to us unused with all ORIGINAL tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you and rejected as valid refund.
